Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy
At Revive Afghanistan NZ, we value and appreciate the ongoing support of our donors. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to modify or cancel your recurring donation. This policy outlines the process for cancelling a donor subscription and our refund policy.
1. Subscription Cancellation Process
Online: Donors/Sponsors can cancel their recurring donation at any time by logging into our Donor Management Portal on our website, navigating to the “Recurring Donations” tab, and selecting “Cancel Subscription.” Upon confirming cancellation, your subscription will be deactivated.
Email: Alternatively, you can request to cancel your recurring donation by contacting us via email at info@reviveafghanistan.org. Please include your full name and the email address associated with your donation account. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.
Sponsored Families: If you are sponsoring a family, we kindly ask that you provide at least 14 days’ notice via email so that we can inform the family of the situation change.
2. Refunds and Adjustments
As all transactions are donor-initiated, we generally do not provide refunds. However, if you accidentally make a donation or enter the incorrect donation amount, please inform us within 24 hours of the transaction, and we will provide a refund.
All payments made prior to a cancellation request are considered valid donations and are non-refundable.
3. Modifying Your Subscription
To change the donation amount or frequency of your recurring donation, log into your account via our Donor Management Portal. Under the “Recurring Donations” tab, select “View Subscription” to edit your monthly donation amount or frequency.
4. Communication Preferences
Upon cancellation, you will no longer receive notifications regarding your recurring donations. You can still opt to receive general updates by adjusting your communication preferences in your account.
